What is IceTV?
IceTV finds all your favourite shows on digital free-to-air TV and tells your TV Recorder at home to record them. With IceTV's advanced Interactive features and accurate TV Guide data, you'll never miss your favourite shows again.
What do I need to get started?
You need to have IceTV service and a compatible TV Recorder at home connected to your home network (the internet), to enjoy the full benefits of IceTV. There are 3 broad categories of TV Recorders to choose from. A set-top- box based Personal Video Recorder (PVR), or a full-blown Mac or Windows Media Center solution. All of which let you skip the ads in at least 30 second jumps and allow you to enjoy your favourite shows, when and how you want.

Connecting your TV Recorder to the Internet
To manage your TV Recorder at home remotely using IceTV's Interactive features online or via your mobile, you will need to connect it to the internet via your home network. There are basically 3 'networking' options to choose from: Wireless (Wi-Fi), Ethernet over power and Ethernet (wired).
The networking options that are available to you will depend on what your TV Recorder supports (i.e. what connections it has) and how your existing home network is set up.
